5. Limitation of Liability:
- KPMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the platform.
- In no event shall the total liability of KPMS exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the platform.
By accessing or using the assessment platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the platform.
